San Francisco Travel - Digital Campaign

  • Location shoot to create marketing materials for the San Francisco Travel Digital Campaign – highlighting places of interest for tourists to visit.

    • Produced a live-action shoot at multiple locations along the Embarcadero in San Francisco showcasing scenic highlights including the Ferry Building, the Exploratorium and the Bay Bridge.

    • Led and communicated the overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.

    • Managed the location scout, permitting, casting, equipment rentals, and insurance.

    • Prepared production schedules and final budgets/estimates – obtained approval of costs prior to a production.

    • Booked and scheduled crew, talent and vendors on a per-project basis.

    • Negotiated competitive rates and terms with vendors.

    • During production, served as principal client contact, tracking and reporting on the progress of the work, budgeting and negotiating the cost of work.

    • Actualized budgets and reconciled them with accounting to ensure payment for vendors, crew and talent after each production wrapped.

    • Managed day-to-day communications with internal and external stakeholders from pre-production through to delivery.

    • Managed creative review cycles with the San Francisco Travel brand and marketing team through to final delivery.

  • Marketing and content strategy across digital channels including: web, mobile and OOH media.
